ROSY is a trading name. Business registration is in progress — until it's complete, ROSY is legally operated by its owner as an individual, not a separate registered entity. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including stone type and the colour/clarity grade selected for it. Photography is for illustration — screens render brilliance and colour differently, and a stone's fire in person will vary from any photo.

Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct listing errors, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order — including after it's placed — if something was priced or described incorrectly.

Payment is processed by Stripe; placing an order also means accepting Stripe's terms for that transaction. We don't see or store your full card details ourselves.

Pieces are produced and fulfilled through our supply partners and may ship from outside your country. Processing and transit time is separate from the payment step and can vary by piece and destination — we'll share tracking as soon as it exists rather than promise a fixed date we can't guarantee.

The text, photography, and design on this site belong to ROSY (or are used under licence) and are not to be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.

This site and its products are provided as described, without additional warranties beyond what's stated here or required by law. To the extent the law allows, ROSY's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it — we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
