Is moissanite a real diamond?
No — moissanite is its own gemstone, lab-created, not a diamond simulant we're trying to pass off as one. We say so plainly: selected to D–F colour and VVS clarity, with more fire than a diamond.
What are ROSY pieces made from?
Solid 925 sterling silver finished in 18K rose gold plating, set with lab-created moissanite. Every piece is hypoallergenic — nickel and lead free.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has its own size guide — a ring-size chart, a carat/DEW size chart, or a wrist-to-bracelet-length chart, linked right next to that product's size options. Eternity bands can't be resized, because the stones run all the way around. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Free on orders over $299; a flat $15 below that. Every order is tracked and insured. Transit time varies by destination, so we share tracking as soon as it exists rather than promise a fixed date.
What's the return policy?
Complimentary returns within 15 days of delivery, in original, unworn condition with the original packaging. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush, then dry fully before storing. Put jewelry on after perfume and lotion, and set it aside for pools and hot springs, to protect the rose gold plating.
Is checkout secure, and how do I pay?
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. It's a single payment in full; ROSY doesn't currently offer installment plans.
